Does everyone need to install an app?
No. Attendees open a link in their phone’s browser. They can read without an account and use headphones if they choose audio.
What equipment does our church need?
An internet-connected computer with a microphone or a compatible feed from the sound desk. Run a rehearsal at the venue before your first live service.
What happens when credits run out?
Translation pauses when the balance cannot cover more usage. You can see the balance in your admin controls. Payments are currently a preview, so you cannot purchase more credits yet.
Is the translation always exact?
Translation and Bible-reference detection use AI and can make mistakes. Rehearse with your languages and audio setup, and use human interpretation when accuracy is critical.
